Safe Routes to School

The King County website has a couple fantastic resources for schools, parents, educators and community groups organizing to encourage kids to bike and walk to school. Interestingly one of their brochures is a Park and Walk to School program guide. So our drop off locations where kids can walk and bike to school are actually an accepted practice! The Park and Walk guide has a number of suggestions that could be very helpful for BISD and our group as we look to encouraging kids to bike and walk to school in the next month. I’m including the links below.
